This is a challenging opportunity to work as a Senior Platform Operations Manager for the AI Data Service team in Australia. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that continues to grow rapidly.

About the Team

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of TikTok's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and improve the operations process/mechanism of the ADSO platform to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor business data, conduct user research, collect user feedback, and output product optimization suggestions to continuously promote business and platform optimization and iteration.
  • Provide daily operation and technical support for the AI data platform, especially providing technical support services for global users using the relevant platform.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resource coordination, and subsequent work.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, At least 1 year of experience in Product Management, Proven experience in managing projects independently, solving emerging problems, and understanding the product's business needs, Possess a good sense of project ownership and user thinking, Operate and execute in a responsible, proactive, and efficient manner, Proven experience in working with regional/global stakeholders along with good communication and coordination skills to establish healthy cooperative relations with upstream and downstream collaborators, Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin to work with external mandarin speaking stakeholders and exceptional communication & collaboration skills;
  • Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role, Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role, Product management experience in platform product or platform operation, Strong product sense.
