We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Operations Manager - AI Data Service to join our team in Australia.

TikTok's commitment to safety and security is reflected in our Trust & Safety team's efforts to keep our online community safe. We utilize human and machine-based moderation to quickly remove harmful content, ensuring a secure environment for all users.

About the Team

The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team plays a critical role in providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of TikTok's international products. This positions us to support international products in building their own data ecological security.

Job Responsibilities
  • Improve operations processes and mechanisms of the ADSO platform to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain close monitoring of business data, conduct user research, collect user feedback, and output product optimization suggestions to promote continuous business and platform optimization.
  • Ensure daily operation and technical support of the AI data platform, particularly providing technical support services for global users utilizing the relevant platform.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resource coordination, and subsequent work.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above, At least 1 year of experience in Product Management, Proven experience in managing projects independently, solving emerging problems, and understanding the product's business needs, Possess a good sense of project ownership and user thinking, Operate and execute in a responsible, proactive, and efficient manner, Proven experience in working with regional/global stakeholders along with good communication and coordination skills to establish healthy cooperative relations with upstream and downstream collaborators, Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English & Mandarin to work with external mandarin speaking stakeholders and exceptional communication & collaboration skills;
  • Preferred Qualifications: Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role, Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role, Product management experience in platform product or platform operation, Strong product sense
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
