Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

 

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner. This role will provide expert guidance and support to leaders across the organization, focusing on employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and people skills training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies, including regular culture surveys and retention programs.
  • Manage and enhance performance management processes to drive business outcomes.
  • Design and deliver People Skills training programs to equip leaders with essential HR knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and organize regional conferences and events.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of ad-hoc people and culture projects, driving positive change and innovation within the organization.

About You

We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate or P&C role.
  • Proven track record of driving employee engagement initiatives and improving performance management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate leaders.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR.
