We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our mental health team.
About the Role- Work collaboratively across health service networks to plan and coordinate individualised psychosocial interventions
- Provide comprehensive assessment, brief and ongoing interventions, risk management and care planning
The successful candidate will be a qualified clinician with experience in providing focused psychological strategies tailored to meet the individual needs of people accessing the service within a community-based mental health care setting.
Key Responsibilities- To work collaboratively with relevant service systems to respond appropriately to mental health and developmental needs
- Deliver high-quality services that promote the recovery journey and support individuals to achieve their goals
