We deliver Allied Health support services in over 300 locations across Australia, providing Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy services to thousands of participants in the community.
As a key member of our team, you will work with clients in schools, homes and the local community, offering speech pathology services that make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
You will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload, ensuring timely completion of therapeutic services and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
To succeed in this role, you will have a current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia, experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation and excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients requiring speech pathology services.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address client needs.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
