Role Summary

We are seeking a Medical Therapy Specialist who can thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care and be an integral part of our team.

In this position, you will provide outstanding medical therapy services, working closely with our dedicated Allied Health and clinical teams. Our services cater to a diverse patient population, with a strong focus on orthopaedics, including pre-admission assessments, post-operative rehabilitation, and outpatient care, alongside general medical cases.

You will be primarily involved in the orthopaedic stream, conducting thorough medical assessments, developing targeted therapy plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create safe and effective discharge plans.

  • Degree-qualified Medical Therapy Specialist with AHPRA registration
  • Minimum two years' experience in an orthopaedic setting (graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Highly developed assessment and intervention skills
  • Demonstrated organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to provide quality customer-focused service
  • Availability for flexible rosters, including weekends
