About the Role

We are seeking experienced Executive and Senior Advisors in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management to join our Business Advisory team. As an Advisor, you will provide reliability engineering, asset management and operational readiness consulting services to asset intensive organisations - Mining, Heavy Industry, Energy and Water sectors.

  • You will use your expertise in the mining, manufacturing and resources industries to successfully complete infrastructure asset management projects.
  • You will develop or lead data and system solutions to improve the operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset intensive organisations.
  • You will build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within the organisation.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor, using your experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver outstanding client service.
  • You will develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems and enable AM / MM and Reliability Engineering knowledge transfer and capability development.
  • You will work collaboratively and effectively with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best in class solutions for clients.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Mining, manufacturing or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management, maintenance, operations environment.
  • Extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
  • Experience in Operational Readiness, Care and Maintenance and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with technical and commercial performance on projects.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative and personable approach.
  • Effective and proven business development, networking and client relationship management skills.
  • A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance.
