Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reliability engineering, asset management, and operational readiness consulting services to asset-intensive organisations - Mining, Heavy Industry, Energy, and Water sectors.
  • Develop or lead data and system solutions to improve operational management and strategy of physical infrastructure in asset-intensive organisations.
  • Build positive and lasting relationships in the market and internally within the company.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using experience and knowledge to advise on optimal courses of action and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Develop asset and maintenance management strategies, provide reliability engineering expertise, conduct data analysis, review business and operational processes and systems, and enable AM/MM and Reliability Engineering knowledge transfer and capability development - for clients.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with team members to plan project resources and pursuits and deliver best-in-class solutions for our clients.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Mining, manufacturing, or resources industry experience in a recognised consulting asset management, maintenance, operations environment.
  • Extensive experience in the application of Reliability Engineering and Maintenance strategies.
  • Experience in Operational Readiness, Care, and Maintenance and Decarbonisation is also highly regarded.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills backed by strategic problem-solving capabilities.
  • Commercially astute and demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding client experiences coupled with both technical and commercial performance on projects.
  • Proactive, professional, collaborative, and personable approach.
  • Effective and proven business development, networking, and client relationship management skills.
  • A good understanding and application of ISO 55000 Series and relevant industry guidance (IAM, GFMAM, IIMM).
