Job Overview

The key objective of this role is to effectively manage facilities across operational and tenanted properties within a designated region.

This entails supporting the implementation of a Facilities Management Strategy to optimize costs and enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities include property asset management, maintenance planning, stakeholder management, and budget management with a focus on cost control and financial planning.

A trade qualification in plumbing, gas, electrical, or fabric is required for this position. Additionally, a full driving license and ability to travel are essential due to the role's responsibilities.

As the successful candidate will lead the delivery of facilities management across their region, they will oversee estate improvement projects, coordinate the delivery of facilities management services, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) will be monitored and managed to drive performance and ensure service excellence.

Effective budget management, tracking expenditure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring services are delivered in a cost-efficient and high-quality manner are also crucial aspects of this role.

Hybrid working arrangements are available between locations and home, mutually agreeable between the business and employee.
