As a specialist in occupational rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their return to work goals.

Job Description

This diverse and dynamic role offers the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, with the support of a strong team of driven professionals.

  • Provide expert occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological;
  • Manage caseloads and provide guidance and support to colleagues;
  • Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes and develop innovative solutions;
  • Work closely with employers, employees, medical and allied health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, medical and allied health professionals to achieve optimal results;
  • Complete various assessments using advanced clinical skills, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Osteopathy;
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships;
  • Strong time management skills, with ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;
  • Ability to problem solve with confidence, use initiative and achieve results;
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work and associated health benefits;
  • A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
