Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an integral part of our team, you will work collaboratively with allied health professionals to deliver occupational rehabilitation services.

About the Role:

You will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, working closely with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Your role will involve case management, assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, and working collaboratively with injured workers and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Case management and coordination
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or accreditation with ESSA
  • Clinical knowledge of pathologies
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A desire to problem-solve and innovate
