Small Business Relationship Builder

Join our high-performing team as a Small Business Banker and take on the challenge of developing trusted relationships with customers.
This role requires you to be customer-obsessed, prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of your clients above all else. You will leverage your networks to support small business customers in bringing their business ideas to life.
Key responsibilities include managing small business lending requests up to $2 million, and home lending up to $5 million, while moving with speed in converting leads into wins. You will also own it by understanding our customers' needs to provide tailored holistic banking solutions.
We are looking for someone who is motivated to build genuine personal connections with our customers, empowering them to feel confident and bring their business dreams to life. Key skills required include lending experience in business banking or retail banking, strong customer and relationship management, problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
