About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director, Professional Services to lead our APAC delivery team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, delivering high-quality services engagements, and developing the capabilities of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for APAC services revenue targets and customer experience
  • Lead an organization responsible for influencing customer consumption rates
  • Establish and maintain a culture of mutual accountability between Professional Services and customers
  • Partner with other field teams for continuous improvement of customer engagement methodologies
  • Support MongoDB teams in the management of risk throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Develop the capabilities and maturity of the leaders on your team
  • Ensure healthy relationships with the MongoDB delivery ecosystem in your region
  • Owner of all delivery assets, tools, capabilities, systems, processes, and playbooks
  • Proactively maintain a robust recruiting pipeline
Success Measures
  • Achieve and beat regional revenue targets
  • Meaningfully and deliberately drive consumption in our customers through high-quality services engagements
  • Identify and manage leading indicators that indicate deliberate behaviors that help to accelerate customer consumption
  • Successful evolution of the capability of the APAC services team
  • Lead an APAC Delivery team increasingly capable of delivering complex projects
  • Lead an APAC Delivery team increasingly effective at influencing customer decisions
