This is an exciting opportunity to join the AIA Claims Team. We have multiple opportunities for Retail Case Managers in IP and TPD, based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes.
- Investigating and resolving disputes.
- Managing your priorities to achieve service level agreements.
- Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.
- Previous experience in claims assessing in Life, Workers Compensation and/or Health Insurance.
- Maintaining quality stakeholder management/relationships.
- Customer-focused approach.
