Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement safety and wellbeing strategies.
  • Lead technical expertise in ensuring systems and processes meet requirements.
  • Develop and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage crisis situations, conduct investigations, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Own communications relating to safety and wellbeing, ensuring data integrity.
  • Build relationships with regulatory bodies and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and experience working in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical skills, including systems, reporting, risk, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
