About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner - Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety initiatives and embed a proactive culture across diverse operations. Reporting to the HSW Regional Manager, you'll oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of HSW programs and initiatives across VIC/TAS & SA/NT
- Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulator liaison
- Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors
- Deliver training and capability-building across sites
Skills & Experience
- Degree in OHS or equivalent
- 5+ years in senior WHS roles
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management
- Proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement
