Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across the organization.">
  • Empower leaders with knowledge and guidance to adopt a proactive HSW mindset.">
  • Proactively coach and guide leaders in best practice health, safety and wellbeing management.">
  • Develop and maintain the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Management System (HSWMS).">
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive HSW maturity and performance.">
  • Provide strategic advice, support, coaching and guidance to managers and their direct reports.">
  • Contribute to HSW governance and reporting.">

About You

">

We are seeking an individual with a tertiary qualification in WHS and solid working experience of Model WHS Act, Regulations and Codes. A minimum 5 years' experience in delivery of HSW advice and service is required, along with relevant industry experience and the following attributes:

  • Influencing and driving change across a diverse organization.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.">
  • A sound understanding of ANZ Workcover and related requirements.">
  • Experience in various MS Office applications.">
  • Strong attention to detail and well organized.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.">
