The ideal candidate will possess a confident leadership style, with experience in operations, ideally within technical or industrial sectors. Strong commercial acumen, organisational and problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail are essential.
A high level of proficiency in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), ERP systems (SAP), and digital tools (Microsoft 365, Power BI) that streamline operations to deliver high-quality outcomes for customers is also required.
