The Role
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and adaptable Strategic Partnerships and Operations Lead to oversee Wable's day-to-day operations, manage customer support, and grow strategic relationships. This hands-on role combines business operations, partnerships, customer support, financial oversight, and client management.

What You'll Do:
- Oversee accounting and financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
- Prepare financial reporting and board updates in collaboration with the founder.
- Manage customer support operations, ensuring prompt, helpful, and friendly service for Wable users.
- Assist with submitting documentation for ASIC and other compliance requirements.
- Help prepare shareholder updates with the founder.
- Develop onboarding and support documentation for future employees.
- Find and secure venues, workplaces, and support services that want to partner with Wable.
- Manage advertising packages for clients, ensuring they receive value and strong ROI.
- Provide general business support, including administration, process improvements, and workflow optimization.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
- Experience managing business operations, partnerships, customer support, or client accounts.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, or administrative processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for partner, client, and customer engagement.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for supporting neurodivergent communities.
