About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer at Human Health, you will be responsible for driving design by conducting user research and analysis, translating insights into solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive user-centred design by conducting user research and analysis
  • Help shape the product by translating insights into solutions and influencing strategic design decisions
  • Bring ideas to life through flowcharts, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with product, data, engineering, and growth teams to ship high-quality experiences
  • Own outcomes by setting clear goals, tracking progress, and developing design processes and mentorship

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience designing and shipping user-centric products with a strong portfolio
  • Strong user research skills and ability to translate insights into design decisions
  • Big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and excellent communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working with diverse teams
