Job Overview

This role involves leading the end-to-end design of a unified user experience across software suite. The Senior Product Designer will play a key role in shaping how users interact with AdNav systems across various industries. Working closely with product, engineering, and customer teams, this individual will bring clarity to complex workflows and deliver a consistent, intuitive experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Design Vision for AdNav user experience across all software touchpoints.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand technical requirements and user needs.
  • Maintain a Design System that promotes consistency, scalability, and cross-platform alignment.
  • Create prototypes to test and validate design decisions.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Drive UX discovery workshops to map user journeys, personas, and workflows.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying UX gaps and usability opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in interaction design, HCI, UX, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual specs.
  • Strong UX research practices and familiarity with usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and front-end development constraints.
