Job Description

You will spend your time maintaining and evolving our design system, building reusable components, creating documentation, and supporting governance. Additionally, you'll design end-to-end product experiences that help users solve complex problems with clarity and ease.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that requires strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy. You'll work closely with stakeholders to analyse market trends, synthesise feedback, and prioritise features.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about systems thinking, has a solid understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JS), and can collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design system contributions and polished product UIs.
  • Solid experience working with design systems – creating components, managing libraries, documenting guidelines, and scaling usage across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma – libraries, variables, auto-layout, interactive components, and design tokens.
  • Able to create clear, maintainable design documentation that bridges design and engineering needs.
