Design Senior Role

We are seeking an experienced Design Senior to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to utilize your skills in user-centric design and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

As a Design Senior, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes and ensure that proposed solutions balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints.

  • Experience in creating effective handover materials that clearly communicate how the design should look and behave throughout interaction flows and journeys
  • Strong problem definition and articulation – challenging assumptions and 'pre-set' thinking around solutions, agreeing the purpose, principles and vision
  • Able to balance framing high-level UX strategy while executing at low levels of detail
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic solutions that add maximum impact to customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints
  • Test and validate working hypotheses with users through usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published products
Requirements:
  • Experienced designer accustomed to user-centric design methods and best practices
  • Proven experience in creating effective handover materials which clearly communicate how the design should look and behave throughout interaction flows and journeys
  • Able to demonstrate autonomy and resilience on a fast-paced team
