Lead the design of a unified user experience for our software suite.

This is a foundational role, ideal for a designer who wants to take ownership of a new UX system from the ground up and grow a small but impactful design function around them.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a design system that promotes consistency, scalability, and cross-platform alignment.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customers to understand technical requirements and user needs.
  • Build prototypes to test and validate design decisions early and often with real users.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
  • Develop expertise in usability testing and accessibility principles.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of responsive design and front-end development constraints.

Requirements

  • Degree in interaction design, HCI, UX, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
  • 5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for technical or enterprise-grade software.

Familiarity with relevant technologies is beneficial

  • Previous involvement in building or contributing to a design system is desirable.
