Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will provide strategic support to client groups, encompassing all aspects of People and Culture business partnering. This includes employee relations, performance management, talent development, change facilitation, and organizational project management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee Relations: handling queries and providing advice to managers
  • Performance Management: executing organisational development projects
  • Talent Development: designing and implementing people management capabilities for leaders
  • Change Facilitation: supporting HR projects and improving the employee experience

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess knowledge of relevant legislation, experience with HR queries, and 5+ years' experience working in Human Resources. They must also be able to build strong relationships, work proactively, and demonstrate accountability.
