Senior Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Pastry Chef to join our team in a full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about pastry, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and is motivated to continually grow their skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the hands-on production of viennoiserie from start to finish, following recipes and production schedules with precision. They will also maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation, while working as part of a cohesive team to meet daily production goals.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Pastry Chef will contribute to a positive, collaborative kitchen culture and bring both technical skill and a willingness to collaborate, while maintaining quality, speed, and consistency across every stage of production.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a pastry production or restaurant kitchen
  • Ideal experience in lamination, baking, or kitchen leadership (desirable but not essential)
  • Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and a positive attitude
  • Is motivated, ambitious, and determined to excel in their craft
  • Has full working rights in Australia and can work full-time hours
