The ideal candidate will have full-time work rights in Australia, minimum tertiary education in bakery/pastry, hands-on experience in patisserie, knowledge of ingredients, processes, equipment, finished goods, ability to translate concepts into products, strong communication skills, team player, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to travel.
