We are seeking a motivated Pastry Artisan to join our team in a busy bakery on the northern beaches of Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and develop your skills in producing high-quality bread and pastries.

As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory treats, including artisan breads, cakes, and pastries.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will also possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • a minimum of 1 year's experience in a bakery or similar environment
  • strong knowledge of pastry production methods and techniques
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
