Pastry Craftsman Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Craftsman to join our Bakery team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting a wide range of baked goods using traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in bread making, bench work, oven operation, and cake decorating. You will also need to possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in bread making with the ability to produce high-volume batches
  • Proficiency in bench work including dough preparation, mixing, and shaping
  • Familiarity with oven operation, particularly Series 3 Rotary ovens
  • Basic knowledge of cake decorating and presentation

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate a commitment to quality and safety, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
