About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Officer to join our team at Gemini Enoggera. This permanent position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work effectively with others. You will also need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for our clients.
- Greet customers on arrival and provide a warm and welcoming environment.
- Keep customers informed about the repair process and provide updates on their vehicle's status.
- Contact customers to confirm their satisfaction with the repair process and gather feedback.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally.
- Support management with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Liaise with insurance providers to resolve claims and repairs.
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A salary of AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
