The Role

At Auto & General, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advocate to join our team.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth assessment process for our customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in contributing to our goal of being Australia's best insurer.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information about their vehicle repairs and ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process.

We are looking for someone who can provide excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and has experience working in the insurance industry. You will also have strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exemplary customer service and adhering to best practice documented processes
  • Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with customers
  • Facilitating rebooking and pathing activities
  • Actively identifying and resolving customer dissatisfaction

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
