">We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at AMA Group Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the environment is always customer-friendly, and providing support to our wider workshop team.
">About the Role
">- Ensure the environment is always customer-friendly and greeting customers on arrival.
- Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles.
- Contact customers to ensure they are satisfied with the AMA experience.
- Support management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) and liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs.
Requirements
">- Proven experience within a Customer Service position.
- Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills.
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
