The role of a Customer Support Representative at a leading organization is to provide exceptional service to clients. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries with speed and clarity, utilizing digital tools to deliver efficient support across languages and time zones.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication: Outstanding English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Technical proficiency: Experience with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail is highly valued.
  • Customer-focused mindset: 4+ years of experience in customer support (fintech, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
  • Remote work readiness: Self-motivated with a quiet workspace and stable internet connection.
