We are seeking an expert in IT Service Management to join our team. This is a brand new role that requires a deep understanding of process control and risk mitigation.

As an IT Process Specialist, you will be responsible for defining, embedding, and maturing structured quality processes to ensure productive, efficient, and high service stability efforts.

This is an end-to-end role from conception to business as usual, requiring strong collaboration, workshop facilitation, problem framing, and storytelling skills.

You will support the capability to implement and measure capacity and availability processes, providing transparency and confidence around the value of practices, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key skills include successful transformation, optimisation, and improvement of IT Service Management techniques, practices, and processes, with metrics, data, and impact statements as evidence.

You must have experience in a 24x7 operating environment, a technical background in Operations/Infrastructure/Application Support/Application Development, and proficiency in tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

The ideal candidate will thrive on identifying, leading, and delivering processes and procedures to ensure high-quality work, with ninja-level listening skills and a collaborative mindset.

We offer a salary of $180K + bonus, a CBD location, and flexibility in working from home (WFH) when needed.
