Job Title: Process Expert

We are seeking an experienced Process Expert to oversee the smooth operation of our derivative clearing and funding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear trades efficiently and accurately for all relevant markets
  • Ensure timely processing of give ups/take ups/EFP/NLT bookings
  • Exception handling and reporting on post-trade clearing processes
  • Process post-trade requests from clients/front office (position transfers, closeouts, trade re-allocation, system settlement of trades)
  • Investigate and resolve clearing breaks raised, ensuring root-cause level resolution
  • Process exchange deposits/withdrawals requests in a timely manner
  • Liaise with exchanges/banks on collateral-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external/internal regulatory requirements, including prevention of financial crime and fraud
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Derivatives Operations
  • Good understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives markets, systems, and process workflows
  • Strong knowledge of key risk areas and relevant controls
  • High standards of accuracy, diligence, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Process excellence mindset coupled with initiative
  • Strong communication skills for internal/external stakeholder communication
