Job Description

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be part of our professional services team, responsible for implementing Microsoft Business Central applications for customers in accordance with our project management framework and methodologies.

You will conduct individual and group product demonstrations, contribute to pre-sales activities such as scope, technical and effort requirements for quoting and tender responses, and travel in accordance with project and training requirements.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Implementing Microsoft Business Central applications for customers
  • Conducting individual and group product demonstrations
  • Contributing to pre-sales activities
  • Traveling in accordance with project and training requirements
  • Creating and maintaining internal product knowledge library
  • Assisting with customer support requests

The ideal candidate will have proven service delivery experience in a professional services environment, a track record of building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, and experience with Microsoft Business Central applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
