Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Enpro Inc. as a key member of our sales department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute plans to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their success.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Minimum school certificate with demonstrated mathematical and English skills appropriate to the position.
    • Trade or tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline highly desirable.
  • Experience
    • Ideally, three – five years' experience in an outside industrial selling environment working with minimal supervision and to a budget.
    • Experience in wholesale distribution / development highly desirable.
  • Skills
    • Demonstrated ability in basic PC skills including Microsoft Office and CRM management.
