
Technical Training Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Training Strategist to drive the development and delivery of impactful training programs in the mining sector.
Our ideal candidate has a strong background in technical operations, preferably in the mining industry. They will design and implement comprehensive training strategies, developing scalable content for various formats.
About This Role- The Training Strategist will ensure that all training initiatives align with organisational goals and meet the operational needs of internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Implementation- Develop engaging technical documentation, training modules, installation manuals, simulations, and assessments.
- Create competency-based training aligned with operational needs, ensuring training programs meet compliance and audit requirements.
- Promote safe practices in the use and maintenance of technologies.
- Coordinate global training schedules, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Partner with product, engineering, and field service teams to ensure training reflects current capabilities and operational realities.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- 5-10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in technical operations.
