About This Role
  • The Training Strategist will ensure that all training initiatives align with organisational goals and meet the operational needs of internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation
  • Develop engaging technical documentation, training modules, installation manuals, simulations, and assessments.
  • Create competency-based training aligned with operational needs, ensuring training programs meet compliance and audit requirements.
Delivery and Partnership
  • Promote safe practices in the use and maintenance of technologies.
  • Coordinate global training schedules, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and field service teams to ensure training reflects current capabilities and operational realities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong background in technical operations.
