
Sales Leader

A distinguished career opportunity exists for an accomplished sales professional to assume a leadership role within our organization.
As a member of store management, you will be accountable for driving sales growth and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.
You will effectively lead, develop, and support staff to achieve individual sales targets with a focus on client development and high-quality customer interactions.
- Foster relationships with internal and external clients.
- Nurture and grow our client portfolio through meaningful commercial outreach.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager in organizing events for clients.
- Create distinctive experiences for our clients.
- Become proficient in product and sales training modules.
- Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors.
- Support recruitment and delivery of onboarding for new starters.
- Perform key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Minimum three years' experience in supervisory or management roles.
- Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-related experience.
- Experience in sales generation and achieving sales results.
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs.
- Experience in event planning is an asset.
- The ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism among clients and staff.
- Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to various roles based on business needs.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
