About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opening for a seasoned sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a Construction Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and educating our business and customer base within the construction sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales, be highly organized, and self-motivated to succeed. Your primary responsibility will be to demonstrate our products and solutions while establishing positive relationships with customers.

  • Target and educate end-users to convert them to our products and achieve sales targets.
  • Present our products and solutions effectively to the construction industry.
  • Maintain open communication with our Area Sales Management team.
  • Ensure all mandatory administration is up-to-date in Salesforce.
  • Drive conversions, trial new products, and increase brand awareness.
  • Work collaboratively as a harmonious team player focused on achieving company objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to seek out and convert opportunities – must have a hunter mentality.
  • Field sales or end-user sales experience.
  • High level of autonomy.
  • Trade background/hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
  • Computer literacy, comfortable with MS Suite, and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Fully qualified driver's license with an excellent driving record.
