Job Description

As a Construction Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and educating our business and customer base within the construction sector.

This exciting opportunity is based in the surrounding suburbs of Darwin with occasional regional travel.

You will be responsible for demonstrating our Milwaukee products and solutions, while building strong personal relationships with all customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and educate end-users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry.
  • Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team.
  • Ensure all mandatory administration is up-to-date in Salesforce.
  • Drive in-field conversions, trial new products, and increase brand awareness.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A 'hunter' mentality to seek out and convert opportunities.
  • Field sales or end-user sales experience.
  • A high level of autonomy.
  • Trade background or hands-on experience with tools is desirable.
  • Computer literacy, comfortable with MS Suite, and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A full driver's license with an excellent driving record.
