Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to support our client partner in the Oil & Gas industry on a long-term Engineering Service Contract based in Darwin.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver FEED deliverables for construction activities;
- Create access work packs;
- Contribute to construction feasibility studies and input into schedules and estimates;
- Coordinate with personnel offshore;
- Input into design and engineering to ensure safe and efficient completion of works scopes;
- Suitably qualified degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or 5+ years of relevant industry experience;
- Proven experience as an E&I Construction Engineer in a Brownfield EPC, ESC or EPCM environment preferably within the Australian Oil & Gas / LNG industry;
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Previous experience in construction engineering and coordination working in a project multidisciplined team;
- Experience of interpreting discipline documentation and knowledge of Risk Assessments (RA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and Hazard Identification Studies (HAZIDS);
