Customer Success Leader for AECO Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Leader to oversee a high-performing team of professionals in the AECO industry. As a key member of our organization, your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in adopting and developing best practices, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a team of 6-8 Customer Success Managers and 2-3 Customer Success Associates, primarily serving the AECO industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer success and adoption across the ANZ ASEAN region.
- Collaborate with sales, technical sales, technical advisory, and other teams to ensure customer value and growth.
- Partner with regional country leaders to provide local support for CSMs and drive successful customer engagements.
- Regularly report on team and individual contributor results to senior leadership.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management.
- People management, team lead, and/or coaching experience.
- Strong one-on-one, one-to-many coaching, and listening skills.
- Ability to lead change in a complex and ever-evolving business environment.
- Excellent executive and business-level communication skills.
