Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Associates in the AECO industry.
The ideal candidate will oversee the post-sales stages of onboard, use, and extend with enterprise customers, ensuring they realize maximum value from our partnerships.
This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop best practices and collaborate with Sales teams, Technical Sales teams, and other departments to drive customer growth and value.
A key aspect of this position is managing a book of business including 16 enterprise customers in the ANZ ASEAN region, engaging directly with them through outcomes- and value-led interactions, and building and executing Customer Success Plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Associates
