Main Responsibilities- Craft and Implement Customer Success Strategies: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive customer success plans aligned with the organization's global goals.

- Enhance Customer Engagement: Partner with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points, ensuring tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements.

- Customer Success Strategy Development: Ability to design and execute customer success plans that drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion.
