We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise team in Canada. This key role involves managing a high-performing team of sales and relationship managers as we expand our partnerships with major merchants.
- The successful candidate will oversee the growth of a subset of our largest Enterprise Restaurant partnerships, driving strategic frameworks and operating models to deliver an exceptional experience for our merchant partners.
- Key responsibilities include developing and nurturing strong relationships with C-suite executives, strategy, marketing, and operations leads at our partner merchants.
- This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, leveraging playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing team of salespeople and relationship managers.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth across various levers, including marketing, store count, product, and operations.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives, strategy, marketing, and operations leads at our partner merchants.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison between our partners and leadership, marketing, product, operations, and other functional teams.
- Leverage playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure seamless execution and operational efficiency.
