Key Role Overview:

A Site Reliability Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a regional team in Australia, focusing on building a high-performance culture with top-tier engineers.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: A skilled SRE team lead will build and hire a team, establishing a culture of psychological safety, continuous learning, and automation.
  • Technical Direction: The technical vision for the AU team will be set, ensuring strong execution across observability, reliability engineering, automation, and incident management.
  • Global Collaboration: Regional SRE leaders will coordinate to enable seamless handoffs and continuity of operations across time zones.

This position requires a seasoned leader with expertise in SRE principles, collaboration, and people management. As a manager, you will oversee the development of a high-performing team and drive business outcomes through effective leadership.
