Drive Results and Lead a High-Performing Team

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our outbound sales team in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of 12 outbound appointment setters (warm leads)
  • Develop and implement performance-driven strategies to drive results
  • Ensure exceptional customer service through effective coaching and mentoring
  • Manage escalations and support team problem-solving initiatives
  • Report on performance and share actionable insights with senior management
  • Contribute to the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a track record of achieving team targets
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment with a proactive mindset
  • Experience implementing new ideas, tools, or technologies to enhance team performance
