We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation Specialist to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll operations for Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Process payroll queries and maintain accurate records.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, such as Dayforce.
- Analyze and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
- Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax, and superannuation legislation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
