Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide asset management and property management services, as well as administrative assistance for the asset strategy portfolio.

The role will involve working closely with stakeholders from various areas across the organization, including finance, legal, and delivery teams.

As an Asset Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal outcomes for all assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, or retail assets (non-residential assets).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Great communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of current property legislation.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook.
